Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹22,000 per month + applicable night allowance

Handle customer queries through voice and chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Assist with orders, delivery, cancellations, refunds and general queries
Maintain qualified communication with customers

Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Important: Candidates with robust English communication and customer-handling skills are preferred. This role involves direct customer interaction, so basic or weak English communication may not be suitable.
