Job Description
Pace Setters Business Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele-Sales Executives to join our sales team for an L&T; sales process.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and converting interested customers into successful leads/sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain the relevant product/service.
Pitch products/services effectively and handle customer queries.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper lead status.
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
Share qualified/interested candidates or leads with the concerned supervisor/team.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
Must be comfortable with a tele-sales/customer interaction role.
Candidates should have basic sales and convincing skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
