Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Conduct routine laboratory analysis for resins, emulsions, specialty chemicals, and other chemical products.
Test parameters such as viscosity, pH, solid content, density, moisture, appearance, acid value, color, and other product-specific parameters.
Collect and analyze samples from production batches as per approved sampling procedures.
Ensure testing is performed according to SOPs, specifications, test methods, and batch requirements.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, COA, logbooks, and batch-wise quality documentation.
Coordinate with the Production Department for in-process testing and batch release.
Identify deviations, abnormal test results, and quality issues and report them to the QC/QA Supervisor or Manager.




Support investigation of OOS (Out of Specification) and deviation cases.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments as per defined schedules.
Maintain valuable housekeeping and follow laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures.
Assist in developing and improving testing methods and laboratory procedures.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable safety requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
