We are looking for an experienced Residential Multi-Cuisine Chef to manage food preparation and kitchen operations for a residential mess.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner
Handle North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental and other cuisines
Prepare bakery and confectionery items including breads, cakes, cookies and basic desserts
Plan menus and maintain variety in meals
Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene and presentation
Manage kitchen ingredients and daily requirements
Maintain cleanliness and proper food-safety practices
Coordinate overall kitchen and mess food preparation

Requirements




Proven experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef
Robust knowledge of Indian and international cuisines
Practical knowledge of bakery and basic confectionery
Ability to prepare food for groups/residential messes
Good kitchen management and time-management skills
Hygiene-conscious, disciplined and responsible
Ability to work independently in a residential setup

Salary: ₹[15000– 18000] per month
Food & Accommodation: Provided
Experience: [3] years preferred

Pay: ₹9,206.80 - ₹37,427.61 per month
