Objective
To provide an productive and effective Property Management service, ensuring skilled and proactive management approach.

Accountabilities
Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities
Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, M&E;, customer care services, horticulture, club house management, fire fighting services, etc.)
Monitor activities towards effective service delivery




Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities
Assists in administration activities
Monitors invoice processing for management approval
Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems
Coordinates approval of contracts, notices and other time-sensitive documents
Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and coordinate for appropriate actions accordingly
Writes vendor contract specifications
Manages critical relationships with client, residents and key vendors
Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors
Responds quickly to emergency situations
Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills
Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested
Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution
