Financial Counsellor
Counsel patients and families regarding hospital expenses, payment options, and financial assistance.
Assess financial needs and guide patients on available support schemes.
Coordinate with billing, insurance, and hospital departments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality.
Qualification: MSW / Master’s in Social Work.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting.
Skills: Valuable communication, counselling, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
