Requirements

1, Graduate in any discipline; (candidates with experience in loan processing, banking, finance operations, documentation or customer verification would be preferred.)

2, Good knowledge of document verification and basic financial/loan terminology.

3, Solid attention to detail.

4, Valuable communication and follow-up skills.

5, Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Duties

1, Review and verify student loan applications .

2, Check KYC, identity, address, academic, income and other required documents for completeness and accuracy.

3, Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing and documentation requirements.

4, Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in loan files and coordinate for correction.

5,



Track loan applications from document submission to approval and disbursement.

6, Maintain accurate records of loan applications and their status.

7, Coordinate with students, parents, internal teams and finance partners regarding pending documents or clarifications.

8, Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of student/customer information.

9, Prepare regular reports on applications submitted, approved, rejected, pending and disbursed.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
