Job Responsibilities
Recruit and build a team of Insurance Advisors.
Guide and support advisors in their daily work.
Help advisors achieve their sales targets.
Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
Support advisors in meeting customers and closing policies.
Conduct regular meetings and field activities with advisors.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, NBFC, or related fields.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
