Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective patients and generate appointments.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain clinic treatments, services, offers, and appointment details to prospective patients.
Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture them towards conversion.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the front desk and clinical team.
Update patient and lead details accurately.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up status, and lead conversion reports.
Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a positive communication experience.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or healthcare is preferred.
Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
Solid persuasion, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
