Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide product information.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Explain products, services, offers, and pricing.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer and call records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Schedule appointments or demonstrations where required.
Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
