Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, launches, award functions and exhibition stalls from start to finish.
Study client briefs and drawings, conduct site visits, and prepare execution plans, timelines, manpower plans and checklists.
Coordinate with our in-house design and fabrication teams, production vendors, venues and technical teams.
Manage fabrication, branding, AV, lighting, sound, logistics, installation, show operations and dismantling as required for each project.
Obtain quotations, negotiate with vendors, track approved budgets and control project expenses.
Lead on-site teams, check quality and safety, resolve last-minute issues and ensure timely delivery.
Keep the internal team updated on progress, risks and changes.
Maintain project documents, budgets, vendor records,



reports and final handover details using MS Office.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 8 years of hands-on operations experience in an event management or exhibition agency.
Must have personally managed both corporate events and exhibition stall execution.
Must have good exposure in independently handling budgeting, production, vendor coordination and in office execution.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
Solid communication, vendor management, planning and problem-solving skills.
Able to work at event sites and travel when projects require it.
