• Design, develop, and configure PEGA applications using Smart Investigate frameworks.
• Build and manage end-to-end case lifecycles, flows, assignments, and validations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead and mentor PEGA development teams; perform design and code reviews.
• Implement and support Smart Investigation for Securities use cases aligned with banking and regulatory processes.
• Implement asynchronous processing using PEGA Queue Processors.
• Participate in and support SWIFT-related banking transaction workflows and investigations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
• Support production releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills
• 6+ years of experience with PEGA
• Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes,
Smart Investigation for Securities
• Understanding of banking disputes, fraud, and investigation processes
• Exposure to Banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing
• Ability to leverage AI features for faster development and quality improvements
