Dronny is looking for a UAS Compliance & Documentation Lead to join our engineering and regulatory team.
We are developing a regulated autonomous drone-delivery platform and are looking for someone who can take ownership of compliance documentation, regulatory evidence, safety assessments and coordination between engineering and aviation-compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain UAS compliance documentation
Support development of SORA 2.5, ConOps and operational-authorisation documentation
Maintain compliance matrices, evidence trackers and configuration records
Coordinate FMEA, FHA, safety assessments and test evidence
Map engineering evidence against applicable EASA OSOs and Means of Compliance
Coordinate with engineering teams to close documentation and compliance gaps
Support preparation of test plans, test reports and compliance declarations
Maintain document version control and traceability
Coordinate with external aviation consultants and regulatory stakeholders
Track open compliance actions through to closure
Preferred Experience / Knowledge
Aviation, UAV/drone, aerospace, automotive safety, defence, quality or regulated engineering background
Understanding of risk assessment, FMEA/FHA or safety-management processes
Robust technical-documentation skills
Experience working with standards, compliance matrices or certification evidence
Familiarity with EASA UAS regulations, SORA, OSOs or aviation compliance is highly desirable
Robust Excel, Word and documentation-management skills
Ability to work closely with hardware, software and operations teams

Someone who is structured, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving engineering startup where regulations, technical development and testing must all remain aligned.
Direct UAS experience is preferred, but candidates from other highly regulated engineering industries with solid compliance and safety-documentation experie
