About the Role
Our Corporate Commute vertical helps companies make employee travel easier, cheaper, and more sustainable, through public transport passes, first/last-mile solutions, shuttle aggregation, and commute intelligence built for HR, Admin, and Sustainability teams.
We're looking for an early-career Sales & Business Development qualified who wants to build this business from zero, alongside the founding team.

What you'll own

You'll run the front end of our corporate growth engine, end to end:




• Identify companies where commute is a genuine pain point, i.e. IT firms, GCCs, BPOs, manufacturing companies, coworking operators
• Open doors with the right people inside them: HR heads, Admin/Facilities leaders, Workplace teams, Sustainability leads
• Pitch, pilot, close, run discovery calls, coordinate pilots, navigate decision-makers, and land the first set of enterprise logos
• Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Shape the playbook, work directly with the Co-founder & CMO to translate customer feedback into a repeatable sales process that the team will scale later

What we're looking for
• 2 –4 years in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales
• Genuinely enjoys opening doors, comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and hearing "no," but knows how to turn one conversation into the next
