Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the successful execution and performance of client accounts and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with Clients, Ad Operations, Finance, Creative, SEM, SEO, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign launches and delivery.
• Manage insertion orders (IOs), campaign documentation, budgets, billing, reporting, and campaign pacing.
• Monitor budget utilization and operational performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Ensure quality assurance, process compliance, and accurate account documentation.
• Drive workflow optimization, process improvements, and support team onboarding and training.

Required Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising operations, account management, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.




• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Technical Skills & Tools/Platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, budgeting, and campaign management platforms.
