Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience working with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise workplace.
3+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering the ITSM area.
Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, REST, Jelly, etc.)
