Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects in Kolkata. This full time, in office role includes prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing client relationships from initial inquiry to closing.
The Senior Sales Executive will prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely completion of documentation and transactions. They will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with project objectives, track sales performance, and provide accurate forecasts and market insights. The role also involves mentoring junior sales staff, representing the company at events and exhibitions, and upholding the organization’s standards of customer service and ethical business practices.
