Operate the fusing machine safely and efficiently.
Fuse interlining with fabric as per approved garment specifications.
Set and monitor temperature, pressure and fusing time according to the approved standard.
Check proper bonding between fabric and interlining.
Identify defects such as bubbling, peeling, wrinkles, uneven fusing and shade/appearance issues.
Ensure correct fabric and interlining are used for each style.
Maintain proper feeding and alignment of fabric panels.
Conduct regular quality checks during production.
Inform the Team Leader/Supervisor immediately about machine or quality problems.
Maintain production and quality records as required.
Keep the fusing machine and work area clean and organized.
Follow machine safety, PPE and company procedures.
Avoid fabric wastage and handle materials carefully.
Support preventive maintenance and report machine abnormalities to Maintenance
