Job Description:
Send legal notices to the defaulters, NPA’s, Bad debts and Disposal loss booked contracts and recovery of the dues.
Keep all the details of Unsolvable, bad debt, disposal contracts pertaining to the branches under purview.
Initiate and manage legal proceedings against defaulting borrowers, including filing suits and executing warrants
Handle secured property enforcement, asset possessions, and auction proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
Oversee cheque bounce cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, arbitration, and debt recovery tribunal proceedings
