Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with solid hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Security Operations (SecOps) to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess solid ServiceNow platform development expertise, experience working on security and governance workflows, and the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules across IRM, BCM, and SecOps.

• Develop solutions using:

• JavaScript

• Glide API

• Script Includes

• Business Rules

• Client Scripts

• UI Policies

• Flow Designer

• IntegrationHub

• Build reusable components and scalable workflows following ServiceNow best practices.





IRM / GRC Development

• Implement and customize ServiceNow IRM capabilities including:

• Risk Management

• Policy & Compliance

• Audit Management

• Regulatory Change workflows

• Configure risk registers, controls, indicators, assessments, and issue remediation workflows.

• Support automation of governance and compliance processes.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

• Configure and support BCM solutions including:

• Business Continuity Plans

• Business Impact Analysis

• Recovery workflows

• Crisis management processes

• Develop workflows and notifications for disruption management and operational resilience.

• Support continuity testing and recovery readiness activities.

Security Operations (SecOps)

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow SecOps modules including:

• Security Incident Response (SIR)

• Vulnerability Response

• Threat Intelligence integrations

• Configure workflows for security
