Role Description The Travel Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow City )Gomti Nagar) . The Travel Assistant will support daily travel operations by coordinating itineraries, assisting with bookings, managing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate records for individual and business travel. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from international operators and travelers,
providing transparent information on travel options, and ensuring that all arrangements comply with company guidelines and local regulations. The role also involves liaising with hotels, transport providers, and other service partners, handling customer service issues, and resolving travel-related concerns in a timely manner. The Travel Assistant will work closely with the destination management team to support smooth trip execution and contribute to a positive traveler experience.
Job Description:-
• To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and visas.
• Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages.
