Role & responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Coordinate with HR for seamless onboarding of current hires.
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance regarding recruitment and employment.
