Responsibilities

• Brand Order Fulfilment:

• Greet Customers on Phone Calls and Messages
• Receiving Customer calls and explain them about the product (In their own comfortable language)
• Calling Customers for order related details and Support Phone Calls
• Interacting and Managing customers on Live Chat, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Order Processing (Data Entry on server / Card Designing and Printing)
• Verifying Card Data before shipping
• Order Fulfilment on any Other Mediums than currently being used

• Management and Operations:

• Inventory Management
• Managing Daily Workflows
• Social Media Creation and Posting
• Interacting with Leads provided through Live Chat or through our Company.
• Packing the parcels and Courier and Porter pickups (including all Couriers for Tensai Computers)
• Budget Management
• Business Goals Achievement
