Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Sales and Business Development role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities for Antara’s senior care services, building and managing relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare specialists,



and community organizations, and driving referral networks to increase occupancy and service utilization. The individual will conduct outreach activities, client meetings, and presentations to families and decision-makers, while maintaining a deep understanding of Antara’s service offerings and the senior care market. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, coordinating with clinical and operations teams, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to marketing and awareness campaigns. The role also requires active participation in local events, health camps, and community initiatives to strengthen Antara’s presence and reputation in the region.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess healthcare-related knowledge and exposure, such as Medicine and Healthcare, with an understanding of senior care or long-term care services.
