About the Role
As a Telecalling Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in promoting and selling Outspark's creative products, including Outspark Resume and Outspark Interview Prep.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle only warm leads (no cold calling).
Present and sell AI-powered career tools to potential customers.
Assist clients in understanding the advantages of resume & interview prep services.
Achieve monthly targets through quality sales conversations.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
