Aromatan Brands is a house of fragrance brands creating distinctive olfactory experiences for a global community. Our portfolio includes Aromafume, built on culturally rich aromatherapy blends, and Dukhni, our artisanal Arabic perfumery brand. We're digital-first and committed to sustainability, and we blend traditional perfumery with up-to-date product development and marketing.

The Role
Dukhni is ready for its next chapter, and we're looking for someone to shape it. We're revamping the brand slowly and deliberately, refining it one touchpoint at a time rather than overhauling it overnight. You'll own Dukhni's brand strategy and visual identity and guide how the brand looks, feels, and speaks across packaging, digital, content, and retail.
This role suits a designer who has moved into marketing, or a designer ready to make that move. You don't need to design every asset yourself. You do need the eye, taste,



and conviction to direct a visual identity and hold it to a high standard.

What You'll Do
• Lead the Dukhni brand revamp in calibrated phases, defining what changes, when, and why, while protecting the brand's heritage and equity.
• Drive visual identity across packaging, website, social, campaigns, and retail, so that every touchpoint feels cohesive and premium.
• Set creative direction for designers, content creators, photographers, and agencies through explicit briefs and sharp, honest feedback.
• Shape brand strategy, including positioning, storytelling, and brand voice, using consumer insights and an understanding of the Arabic fragrance category.
• Act as guardian of the brand, building and maintaining brand guidelines and making sure every launch and campaign stays true to Dukhni's identity.
• Work with product, content, and growth teams so that strong aesthetics also deliver brand awareness and sales.
