We are looking for a energetic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) specialist to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and system transformation initiatives across global business units.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead annual budgeting cycles using both Bottom-Up and Top-Down methodologies, along with continuous Rolling Forecasts.
• Build, audit, and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting realignment in compliance with contemporary accounting standards, including IFRS 18 P&L; restructuring.
• Partner with IT and business units during enterprise software transformations (Oracle, SAP).
Required Qualifications & Experience
•
Education: Qualified certification required (CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA)
• .Experience: Prior background in a Tier-1 enterprise or global multinational GCC
• .System Knowledge: Hands-on exposure to Tier-1 ERPs (Oracle or SAP) and advanced financial modeling toolsets
• .Technical Depth: Deep proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and multi-entity forecasting
