About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive with prior experience in EdTech sales, business development, or student counselling.
You’ll be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, guiding them towards the right programs, and driving course enrollments.

What You’ll Do• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
• Understand students’ career goals, interests, and learning requirements
• Counsel students and recommend relevant IT and non-IT programs
• Manage and actively follow up with leads provided by the company
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Convert qualified leads into successful course enrollments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the CRM
• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to improve lead quality and conversions
• Represent Student Tribe at events, webinars, workshops, and student outreach initiatives
What We’re Looking For• 6 months – 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, business development, inside sales, or student counselling
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Positive interpersonal and counselling skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups
• Solid negotiation and conversion skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
