Operate, monitor, support, and improve enterprise platforms and services using AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL. N
Troubleshoot incidents and service issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. N
Execute approved configuration, deployment, maintenance, upgrade, patching, and validation activities with appropriate controls. N
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, support evidence, and status updates. N
Collaborate with application, cloud, network, database, security, and service-management teams to maintain reliability and availability. N

Practical administration and production-support experience involving AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL. N




Solid understanding ofmonitoring, incident resolution, change execution, troubleshooting, performance, availability, and operational controls. N

Solid analytical, ownership, customer-service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. N
