About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented APO Sales skilled to develop new business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate should have robust outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of US Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Accounting Process Outsourcing.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with US CPAs, Accounting Firms, CFOs, and business decision-makers through multiple outbound channels and converting prospects into qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities• Execute a 4-pronged outbound sales approach through:
• Cold Calling
• LinkedIn Outreach
• Direct Email
• SMS/Text Messaging
• Research target accounts and decision-makers and create highly personalized 1-to-1 outreach.
• Generate and build prospect lists independently using LinkedIn, online databases, company websites, and other relevant sources.




• Conduct cold calls to US-based CPAs, CFOs, Accounting Firm owners, and other decision-makers.
• Navigate gatekeepers and effectively communicate with senior-level US prospects.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and text messages.
• Understand the prospect's accounting staffing and operational challenges and identify prospects for outsourcing.
• Present the value proposition of Accounting Process Outsourcing (APO), focusing on scalability, access to talent, operational efficiency, and solving accounting staffing shortages.
• Explain different outsourcing engagement models, including FTE, hourly, and project-based pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, meetings, and sales pipeline activities.
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales discussions with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal accounting and delivery teams
