We are looking for a Transport Leasing Executive to manage the leasing, coordination, documentation, and operational requirements of school transport vehicles. The role involves coordinating with vehicle owners/vendors, ensuring timely availability of vehicles, maintaining records, and supporting protected and cost-effective transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and coordinate with vehicle owners and transport vendors for leasing requirements.
Negotiate lease terms, rates, and service conditions with vendors.
Prepare and maintain vehicle lease agreements and related documentation.
Ensure all leased vehicles have valid RC, insurance, fitness certificates, permits, pollution certificates, and other statutory documents.
Monitor vehicle availability, deployment, and replacement requirements.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and the school transport team for smooth operations.




Maintain records of leased vehicles, contracts, payments, and renewal dates.
Track lease expiry dates and initiate timely renewals or replacements.
Verify vehicle condition and ensure vehicles meet the organization's safety standards.
Coordinate vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules.
Monitor vendor performance and address operational issues promptly.
Support transport budgeting and control leasing-related expenses.
Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment processing.
Maintain daily/monthly transport reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with school transport policies and applicable government regulations.
Handle emergencies and vehicle replacement arrangements when required.
