Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Nexthink / DEX / Endpoint platforms.
Monitor and analyze user, device, application and network experience.
Identify problems and opportunities to improve DEX scores.
Create investigations, dashboards and reports.
Drive automation and Remote Actions.
Gather requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare roadmaps, success plans and value reports.
Work with IT teams to resolve issues.
Coordinate with clients and vendors.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
10+ years of overall IT experience.
3+ years experience in DEX / Endpoint tools.
Experience with Nexthink / ZDX / 1E Tachyon / SysTrack.
Solid Endpoint Analytics & DEX experience.
Experience in automation / problem management.
Knowledge of ServiceNow / Remedy.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working 5 days from office.
