Check garments according to approved quality standards and specifications.
Identify defects such as stitching, measurement, fabric, shade, stains, holes and finishing issues.
Check garment measurements against the approved measurement chart.
Ensure proper stitching, seam, trimming and finishing quality.
Separate defective garments and inform the concerned Team Leader/Supervisor.
Conduct in-line and/or final inspection as assigned.
Maintain quality checking records and defect reports.
Follow AQL and company quality procedures where applicable.
Coordinate with production operators to prevent repeated defects.
Ensure only approved-quality garments move to the next process.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the checking workstation.
Follow company safety and quality requirements.
