Strong hands-on full-stack expertise using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, and contemporary UI frameworks.
Experience designing operational applications and dashboards that present cycle progress, throughput, completion percentage, exceptions, reconciliation, alerts, reprocessing, and platform health.
Solid AWS experience, including EKS, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kafka, IAM, KMS, and CloudWatch.
Robust knowledge of authentication and authorization, including JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, role-based access control, and secure business workflows.
Experience with observability and APM, such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and SLA-based alerting.
Ability to make UI and UX design decisions for operational users while maintaining scalable backend services and data access patterns.
Ability to establish shared frontend and backend coding frameworks, reusable components, repository and branching standards, unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Experience partnering with Product Owners and operational users to convert complex workflows into clear stories, acceptance criteria, and testable functionality.
