Solid understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
Good knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
Experience working with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, and email marketing.
Ability to work with targets and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
