Description
The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will build and nurture a high‑performing network of health‑centric agents in the WB‑Asansol region. This role blends talent acquisition, hands‑on training, field supervision, and performance monitoring to meet monthly GWP targets while ensuring agents are fully licensed, activated, and consistently engaged.

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard market‑health agents in the WB‑Asansol territory.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to develop agent capabilities.
Conduct daily field visits to monitor agent activities and provide on‑site support.
Drive focus on Monthly Operating Margin (MOM) Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.
Manage licensing processes and ensure timely activation of current agents.
Maintain daily engagement with agents to address queries, motivate performance, and reinforce compliance.
Collaborate with Retail Health operations, marketing, and compliance teams for coordinated initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report agent performance metrics and GWP results.




Ensure all agent activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
Provide feedback and strategic recommendations to senior management for network improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship or agent management, preferably in retail health or insurance.
Proven track record of recruiting and developing high‑performing sales agents.
Robust knowledge of health agent licensing requirements and activation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
Willingness and ability to travel daily within the assigned territory for field visits.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking GWP and other performance indicators.
Experience using CRM and sales performance tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Fluency in English and the local language (e.g., Bengali or Hindi) preferred.
