Role & responsibilities
Operating CNC machines (VMV,HMC, CNC, VTL etc.) .
Load and unload components correctly.
Understand basic machine operation and CNC controls.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Make basic tool offset corrections under supervision.
Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace 5S.
Maintain production records as required.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic CNC machine operating knowledge.
Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining.
Drawing-reading knowledge.
Measuring instrument knowledge.
Positive attendance, discipline and willingness to work in shifts
