Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for Personal Loan and Business Loan products.
Ensure accurate verification of loan documents and compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
Monitor loan application processing, underwriting coordination, sanction, and disbursement activities.
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining defined TATs and service quality standards.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing.
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity.
Monitor MIS reports, branch productivity, disbursement metrics, and portfolio performance.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.




Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Personal Loan and Business Loan operations.
Understanding of loan documentation, credit processes, and disbursement procedures.
Experience in banking/NBFC lending operations.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
