We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive the Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business across the assigned region. The role involves managing sales teams, driving business sourcing through multiple channels, achieving disbursement targets, and strengthening partnerships while ensuring portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales growth for Home Loans and Loan Against Property products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Manage and mentor Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
Monitor regional productivity, login volumes, sanction ratios, and disbursements.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit, compliance, and operational guidelines.
Conduct regular market mapping to identify recent business opportunities and competitor activities.
Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Track portfolio quality and ensure controlled delinquency levels.
Prepare MIS reports and present business performance reviews to senior management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
Expertise in channel sales, and team handling.
Strong market networking and business development capabilities.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Positive understanding of credit policies, mortgage lending, and regulatory requirements.
