About the Role
Ben & Flow is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Curation & Procurement to discover, curate and onboard exceptional artists and unique acts for our growing roster and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard current artists and unique entertainment acts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, agencies and industry partners.
Evaluate and curate talent based on client briefs and event requirements.
Coordinate artist availability, logistics, technical requirements and riders.
Support negotiations and manage end-to-end artist procurement.
Research emerging talent and stay updated on entertainment trends.
