Handle inbound enquiries and calls from prospective patients generated through digital, website and other marketing channels.
Understand the callers requirements, treatment interest and location through a structured conversation.
Provide accurate information on services, consultation process, centre locations and appointment availability.
Qualify inbound leads based on defined parameters and identify genuine prospects.
Convert qualified enquiries into consultation appointments by effectively addressing initial queries and concerns.
