We're looking for a storyteller who understands what makes people watch the next episode.
You will develop micro drama concepts, episodic stories, scripts and branded narratives for our clients.
What you'll do
• Develop original micro drama concepts.
• Write episodic stories and scripts.
• Create solid hooks, conflicts, twists and cliff-hangers.
• Develop characters and longer story arcs.
• Adapt stories to 30–90 second formats.
• Write branded entertainment without making it feel like an advertisement.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and AI filmmakers.
• Use AI tools for ideation, research and script development.
• Rewrite quickly based on creative/client feedback.
What we're looking for
• 3–7 years of writing experience in film, OTT, advertising, television or digital content.
• Excellent storytelling and dialogue-writing skills.
• Solid understanding of short-form content.
• Hindi + English proficiency.
• Understanding of Indian popular culture and digital audiences.
• Ability to write quickly and work across multiple projects.
• Portfolio/showreel required.
