About The Role

We are looking for an experienced metabolomics scientist to strengthen our CMS Structural Mass Spectrometry Core Facility. You will take a leading role in developing, implementing,



and optimizing metabolomics services – from method development and workflow setup to user support and scientific consultation.

This is a hands-on scientific role with real responsibility: you will work with Bruker mass spectrometry platforms, collaborate closely with facility users, and contribute to the long-term development of our metabolomics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up and optimizing methods and workflows for the detection and quantification of metabolites.
Running metabolomics analyses for users.
Consulting with users on project design, sample preparation, and data interpretation.
Troubleshooting instrument and method issues.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of methods, workflows, and results.
Keeping up with developments in the metabolomics field and implementing recent approaches.
Ensuring the instruments are properly maintained and in positive working order.
