The Product Compliance Specialist I is expected to own and improve product
verification workflows such as Bin Checks, Test Buys, Metrology, ML model
labelling and behaviors — to detect counterfeit, used-sold-as-current, damaged,
wrong item and expired products in Amazon’s fulfillment network. This role is
expected to write and maintain SOPs, perform root cause analysis, handle
escalations, train the team, and work closely with stakeholders to improve
product quality outcomes. The specialist is also expected to support upstream
and downstream detection systems to integrate into the workflow seamlessly.

Key job responsibilities
