Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current clients for web, mobile app, and software development projects
Generate leads through platforms such as freelance marketplaces, qualified networks, referrals, and direct outreach
Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team

Requirements
Proven experience in IT business development or project acquisition
Robust understanding of web development, mobile apps, and software services
Ability to source projects independently through online platforms or personal networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
