RESPONSIBILITIES

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire banquet teams to consistently deliver
outstanding service.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize banquet operations for seamless event
execution.
Service Excellence: Uphold high standards in setup, delivery, and guest
experience.
Problem Solving: Respond swiftly to issues and adapt to evolving event
requirements.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments and manage
schedules for smooth operations.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in banquet operations or supervisory roles in
hospitality
Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven customer service excellence and attention to detail
Familiarity with event planning processes and food presentation standards
Ability to manage time and adapt in d
