• Drive Motor Insurance business through the Agency Channel
• Recruit, onboard and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents
• Generate business and achieve sales targets
• Motivate and improve advisor performance
• Manage agents through calls, WhatsApp and virtual meetings
• Develop recent business and expand the advisor network

Profile Looking

• Graduate with 1+ years of experience




• Experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI Sales preferred
• Agency Channel experience will be an advantage
• Solid communication and sales skills
• Target-oriented and comfortable working independently from home
