Shift: EMEA – 12 PM to 9 PM IST

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced L2 Application/Production Support Engineer to support business-critical applications, manage production incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure application availability and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production/application support and resolve escalated incidents.

• Manage Incident, Problem & Change Management activities.

• Troubleshoot application, database, OS, and cloud-related issues.

• Perform RCA/post-mortems for critical production incidents.

• Monitor application health, logs, alerts, jobs, and performance.





• Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams.

• Support releases and maintain technical/operational documentation.

• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs/OLAs.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–8 years in Application/Production Support.

• Solid SQL and database troubleshooting – SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle.

• Cloud exposure – AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable.

• Monitoring tools – Splunk, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent.

• Windows & Linux troubleshooting.

• Incident, Problem, Change Management and RCA experience.

• Solid communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good-to-Have

• Python scripting / Terraform.

• Financial Services or Capital Markets experience.

• AIOps / AI-ML exposure for anomaly detection, predictive alerts, or log analysis.

• Experience supporting highly available 24×7 applications.
