Schedule: Rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

About the Role
At World Fuel, we support some of the most complex flight operations in the world. As a Trip Support Specialist III, you will serve as a senior operational expert responsible for supporting international aviation missions while managing some of our most important customer relationships.
This role is ideal for experienced aviation professionals who thrive in fast-paced operational environments, enjoy solving complex challenges,



and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. In addition to managing global flight operations, you will help lead operational execution, support team members, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers operating around the world.

What You'll Do
Lead Global Flight Operations
Manage complex international trip support missions from planning through completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned flight departments and operators.
Coordinate overflight and landing permits, airport slots, and PPRs.
Arrange ground handling, crew accommodations, and transportation.
Coordinate customs, immigration, and agricultural requirements.
Manage CANPASS submissions and Border Overflight Exemptions.
Monitor active trips and provide flight-following support.
Maintain accurate operational records and trip updates.
