StrongHer by The Quad

• Reports to the Marketing Manager

Every post is a chance to get one more woman to believe she can get robust.

StrongHer is a brand under The Quad, built with one mission: get 10,000 women strength training. Not "fit" in the vague, generic sense — solid.

We built StrongHer around the real constraints women face — cost, time, location — which is why the programme is entirely virtual, designed to fit into a woman's life instead of asking her to rearrange it around fitness.

We need someone who can carry that mission online.

What This Role Is About

This is end-to-end ownership of StrongHer's social media — the content, the calendar, the voice, and the conversations that happen in the comments and DMs.

You'll design, edit and write content that makes women stop scrolling and start believing StrongHer is for them. You'll sit with our students, hear where they started and what changed, and turn that into something honest.

You don't need years behind you. You need range, taste, and opinions you're willing to say out loud.

What you'll be doing

• Owning the content calendar — planning what goes out, when, and why, so content is consistent and intentional, not last-minute
• Designing posts, carousels and social creatives that are clean, aesthetic and instantly easy to consume — Canva or equivalent should be second nature
• Editing organic videos and reels that hook fast, hold attention and tell a story. Use whatever software you like, as long as the result is on brand and has a transparent narrative
• Writing scripts, captions and story content that sound like a real woman talking to another woman — not brand copy
• Staying on top of Instagram — new formats, algorithm shifts, what's trending and what's dying — and bringing that into the content rather than reacting to it after the fact
• Meeting StrongHer students to learn their real stories — their starting point, their struggles, their wins — and bringing those to life as testimonials, transformat
